If I am an ADC Member (Premier, Select, Online, or Student), do I have access to the resources of the iPhone Developer Program with my membership?
The resources of the iPhone Developer Program are separate from the ADC products and services. You can learn more about the iPhone Developer Program or become a free Registered iPhone Developer today.
What is an “asset”?
An asset is a program benefit or purchased item that is assigned to your ADC account. Assets are items that you own, whether they are bundled with your membership, purchased individually, or are transferred to you by another ADC member.
There is an individual at my company with an ADC membership. Can I be added as an additional contact for their account?
You will need to create an ADC account. Each account is assigned to one individual.
I work for more than one company. Can I have more than one ADC account?
Yes, but if you choose to maintain separate memberships, you must use a different email address for each. Note that if you update profile or communication preferences for one account, the other account will not automatically be updated.
My contact information has changed. How can I update my information?
Please log in to the ADC Member Site and choose the Update Profile page. Update any needed information and click Save. If you have elected to receive a physical copy of the ADC Monthly Mailing and have changed your shipping address, please note that it may take a full mailing cycle (one month) for you to receive shipments at the new address.
Which assets can be transferred to other ADC members?
Many program benefits may be transferred to other ADC members at the same company, e.g. Mailing, Technical Support Incidents, ADC Compatibility Labs, ADC Hardware Discounts, ADC Software Seed Keys, and other assets such as WWDC E-tickets.
As an example, ADC Select and Premier members have a quantity of ADC Software Seed “keys” associated with their membership. Each key may be transferred to another ADC Member at their company to allow access to the Download Software area of the ADC Member Site until the expiration date of the original membership.
I received a message saying my account is disabled/inactive. What does this mean?
We disable accounts after you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully to your account multiple times with the incorrect password. If you receive this message, please contact us and we will reset your account.
Your account may also become inactive if you do not have any assets and you have not logged in to your ADC account in the previous 12 months. In order to activate your account, please contact us.
What happens if I let my membership expire?
If your ADC (Premier, Select, or Student) membership expires, you will remain a free ADC Online Member and you may continue to receive email broadcasts. Learn more about renewing your membership.
How can I receive physical copies of the monthly mailing?
Visit the ADC Member Site and select your ADC account preferences. Change your preference to ‘receive the physical DVD’.
